Outfits Not Just Clothes

💕💖 Hello! It's been a very busy and quite active summer since my last post back in June!  We've been road-tripping, Picklesburghing, trekking kiddos to camps, and enjoying our city and shopping local. Here's a recent running-around-on-errands outfit.  jacket-J.Crew Factory(more cropped version here ), T-shirt-Kansas City Kitty(more options here ), pants-Boden(similar here ), sneakers-H&M(similar here ) Necklace/Bracelet-- Slide Jewels Box Subscription Speaking of shopping small, this T-shirt featured previously here and here  was not so local, but still small at a boutique in Fort Collins, CO when I was visiting last year.  You can get this heart graphic in sticker form still.  And speaking of 💕I've paired up this tee with a heart pendant and heart bracelet.  This pants weren't the best for summer, but I couldn't resist the pink as a bottom for the tee.  Here again we have a white denim jacket for spring from some outfit pics taken a few weeks ago. You may recall last week's post featuring the same jacket here .  In this look I went with a more romantic and bohemian styling.  jacket- J.Crew , jumpsuit--Thrifted from Fashion Fix , blouse-Banana Republic(similar here ), necklace s/ bracelets /rings-Nordstrom (other), Mejuri earrings / belt -Amazon, watch- Monroe , bag- Samara , boots- DSW I love the contrast of rustic pieces like the jacket and cowboy boots with the floral oversized jumpsuit and gold jewelry. This belt is part of a set I got at Amazon, which I realize is a retailer that needs to be held accountable for it's practices and CEO. I've re-purchased better versions of this belt from Bella Belt  (the instagram adds got me)and I no longer plan on sporting the Amazon belts or promoting them in anyway.  It's a fine line to walk when thinking about the power of your purchase.  As of last summer a go-to garment for warm weather has become this pleated skort/tennis skirt. And lately I've been loving to pair it with this white denim jacket. Big fan in general of white denim jackets for spring as seen in this post from two years ago. It's been a chillier spring than in years past, but we've had a few warm days for bare legs and light jackets.
