Outfits Not Just Clothes

Spring is here and with it so many different outfitting challenges. Pittsburgh spring is manic. One day it's sunny with a  high of 70, that evening tornado watches and lighting storms, the morning after cloudy and chilly. And of course, winds all around. Living in Pittsburgh, rivers come into play in various aspects of city life. I don't know friends, is this even an outfit or just clothes? I think the holiday stress, cold weather, and just general malaise has worn down this outfitter into a woman who is just wearing clothes... can it be real? The sweater dress is a neutral basic, but still relatively chic. The coat is a classic wardrobe staple (featured here and here ).
