Hamptons-Poolside-Chic meets Sue Ellen Ewing Early '80's Realness

Okay, this post title is ridiculous I know, BUT come on, it's accurate am I right? blouse- JOA via Le Tote , necklace/bracelet- Le Tote , trousers- Zara , belt-J.Crew,(similar here ) wedges- Sole Society These pleated drapey pants scream early 80's glamour. Grey Day with Peacock Belt

dress-Banana Republic(kind of similar here ), jacket-Urban Outfitters(something with a similar vibe here ), belt-ModCloth(similar here ), shoes-DSW(similar here ), necklace-thrifted Here I wore a fairly simple dress and added some fun extras, like the belt, heels, and this jacket/blazer/cardigan hybrid.  There's a lot of grey, but the shapes and of course the peacock belt save it from being too drab. Also I felt this outfit had kind of an 80's vibe. I spent the weekend watching classic episodes of Dallas and I think this outfit felt the effects.  Speaking of TV shows, only one more episode of Mad Men !!!!  I think I may have to bust out the dress I wore here for our season finale party. And by party I mean me and Mr. Keller staying home and drinking martinis.
