Drawstring Officewear

blazer-Gap(similarish here ), shirt- Le Tote , pants- Zara , necklace- Jewel Mint , loafers- Isaac Mizrahi It can be tricky to pull off drawstring trousers in my conservative office setting, but with this black pair topped with a blazer, these comfy bottoms are able to see me through a long day at work with none the wiser as to their casual origins. Besides bringing these pants up to dress code, this blazer is such a great spring piece. That neon trim works as a subtle pop-of-color/nod to the season, much like the daffodils sprouting up!  So, seasonally on point, easy to wear, and professional--this outfit is a great way to start the week!

Hoodie Blazer

So I've been wearing a hair-tie as a ring. It's way less "douchey" then having it on my wrist and it's an easy accessory. I've been laying off the jewelry lately, it's one less thing to worry about in the morning, AND I'm afraid the baby will scratch herself on my jagged statement necklaces.  blazer- Le Tote , shirt- ModCloth , pants-H&M(similar here ), loafers- Isaac Mizrahi This blazer and hoodie are all one piece, and I'm loving the faux-layered affect. So yeah, these joggers are on the edge of being work appropriate, but the black blouse and loafers nicely skirts that edge. On days when I don't have meetings I go a bit more casual, and now with daycare drop-off and ...

Black & White Casual Style

sweater coat- Sanctuary via Le Tote , pants- Philosophy via Le Tote , tee-Urban Outfitters(similar here ), loafers- Isaac Mizrahi , necklace/bracelet- Jewel Mint , leggings- Old Navy Two weeks ago I was all classy ladylike in black and white here . And this past weekend I went for a casual look. I don't need to tell you how versatile black and white can be, I mean like duh, you can wear it so many ways. You may recall this tee from this post , and this sweater coat from this post . And even though we had another warm and lovely spurt, I did layer some black leggings under these slouchey pants for a bit of extra warmth, it wasn't THAT nice out.

Outfitting With The Stroller

coat-Joe Fresh(similar here ), tunic-Uniqlo(similar here ), loafers- Isaac Mizrahi , necklace- chloe + isabel c/o Angela B , stroller- Chicco Bravo via Babies R' Us This denim shift, with black tights and flat shoes has been a go-to look these past few weeks. It's comfy, cute, and flattering if I do say so myself. Plus, with my Joe Fresh coat I'm all sorts of sneakingly coordinated with my stroller! Hey, if you have to push a baby around you should do so with style, amiright?
