Sweaters are oddly essential for surviving modern summers where freezing AC seems to be ubiquitous. And while yes you can stash a cardi in your bag to throw on when needed, I prefere wrapping it around the waist or shoulders as part of the overall outfit, as long as it's not too bulky or...
