The oversized blazers, the mix of "adult" clothing with a teen badass sense of style, it's really a must-see for any burgeoning outfitter. This outfit picks up on the current trend of a belt over a blazer, which not only creates a slimming effect, it also anchors the outfit. Without the belt this dress/blazer/leggings look comes off shapeless and a bit haphazard.
