A Checkered Past

This is their first appearance on the blog, their first appearance anywhere actually. Since the fabric is not winter appropriate I had to keep in them on hold until things warmed up, then I went back and forth on how to style them. Originally, I ordered these bottoms as part of a matching set . The coordinated top was a checkered crew-neck sweater that was not at all flattering, think added bulk. So I returned the sweater and hoped the pants would be salvageable come spring. Outfit Inspiration in Reality Once Again
