Fun Shorts Friday--Cocktail Edition

muscle tee- Betsey Johnson via Le Tote , shorts- Anthropologie available here via Poshmark , watch, ring- Le Tote , sunnies- DIFF Eyewear , shoes- All Birds I've had these very fun, romantic, ruffly shorts for a LONG time, first seen here . For this #funshortsfriday post I styled them with a muscle tee for an eclectic mix of sporty meets cocktail chic. And speaking of cocktails,  what better way to start the weekend than with champagne like the t-shirt says.

Scotch & Soda

sweater- Scotch & Soda via Le Tote , jeans- Levi's , boots-Zara(similar here ), watch-Wenger(more options here ) I am in LOVE with this vintage-esque sweater from Scotch & Soda that came in my recent tote. The details of the ruffled neckline, the ribbing, the retro feel of the stripes, and of course the little heart tag, made this turtleneck knit a must keep. So I did and I've been showing it off on Zoom, and perfecting my virtual meeting hair and makeup.  What do you think? I'm going for the no-makeup makeup look.  Check out some of my tips, tricks, and product recommendations  here !

Easter Dresses for Baby Girl

In Monday's post I put potential Easter Dresses to a vote. There's still time to make your choice so please let me know your favorite in the comments, here ! Gingham Dress from Gap Hello gingham! Not, the most obvious choice for Easter, but will be very on trend in general for this spring and summer. B. Ruffle Dress from Old Navy I really love the subtle ruffle detail here, but feel that maybe the heart pattern is a bit too Valentine's Day and not very spring. C. Swing Dress from Old Navy Here we have florals with a darker background, that will hopefully hold up to my little monster's messes more so than a lighter color.  D. Ruffles Dress from Target A full-on pastel ruffle bonanza in this pretty little frock. My concern is that it may...

One Great Knit

sweater- BCBGeneration via Le Tote , blouse-Proenza Schouler for Target (similar here from Poshmark ), culottes-Everlane(similar here ), boots-Nine West(similar here ), bracelet-Gifted from World Finds (similar here ) This textured, short-sleeve sweater is one great knit! It provides a semi-structured silhouette, while being easy to wear, and fun to layer! I love how well it pairs up with this herringbone print blouse, while the split sides and square cut mirror the shape of the culottes. Also, with the ruffled neckline properly zuzhed to peak out, there's no need for a necklace. Pattern, texture, shape, and simplicity all in one chic black & white OOTD!
