Leopard & Stripes

Got to love a skirt with pockets! Yep, I'm sporting another mani, I think I may be addicted! trench-Asos(similar here ), shirt-J.Crew Factory(more shirts here ), sweater-HM(similar here ), skirt-Search for Sanity via Le Tote , shoes-Zara(similar here ), bag- Giani Bernini (gifted), bracelet- Le Tote necklace/ring- Jewel Mint , nails-via Salon Ivy from a Groupon ! The idea for this outfit came from this pic up over on my Outfit Ideas board on Pinterest . I believe the shirt in this pic is the exact same one I'm wearing so there you go.  From the pairing of a leopard print shit and striped sweater I stayed with that color story to finish off the look. Sometimes it can be a bit too much to go all matchy-matchy in one outfit however, with such neutral shades such as beige and black it's not overwhelming, but more so sleek, don't you think?  Also I'm loving my nails! They're oxblood with a matte lacquer, perfect f...

Exfoliation, Microdermabrasion, & Spray Foundation

I'm at the lovely age now where I still have to deal with breakouts and start thinking about anti-aging--FUN!  I've found that daily exfoliation, the occasional skin treatment, and the right foundation are my best allies, that I have so far found, in these battles of beauty. Which I have found to be effective in warding off breakouts and keeping my skin fresh.  Occasionally I'll go for a treatment like microdermabrasion and/or facials depending on what dea...

Safari Spa Outfit

blouse / shorts -Mikkat Market, hat-Banana Republic(similar here ), shoes- Forever21 , bag-Coach(more handbags here ), necklace-gifted, bracelets- Hip'tique , rings- Jewel Mint On Saturday I had the pleasure of pampering myself with a facial and massage via a Groupon.  I decided to go with the summer look I made mention of here .  Mr. Keller said it looked like I was going on safari and in a way I was, traversing the wild streets of Pittsburgh in search of serenity and renewal, like Juan Ponce de Leon searching for the fountain of youth. (just looked that up on Wikipedia) But I think this outfit does capture the relaxed weekend vibe, while still being chic. I will admit everything had to be thrown in the wash when I got home, I reeked of tea tree oil and incense.
