Chambray with Black Denim

The back zipper broke on one of these boots, but thanks to the guys at Squirrel Hill Shoe Repair all was well! blazer/jeans-Zara(similar here and here ), shirt-Old Navy(similar here ), boots- Shoe Mint , necklace- Le Tote , rings- Jewel Mint , bracelet-Avon(more options here ) This look was inspired by this look from Manrepeller : image via pose I took the idea of black jeans with a chambray shirt as my base, then went for a patterned blazer as opposed to white. I really like how this is both casual and dressy, and with a shoe change can go from kind of butch with these boots(like above), to more posh with a heel and tucking in the shirt.

An Audrey-Inspired Outfit

Yep, that's a googly-eyed igloo in the background.  shirt/shorts/sandals-J.Crew Factory (similar here , here , and here ), bag-Avon(cute option here ), sunnies-Ralph Lauren(similar here ), necklaces-Forever 21(similar here ), bracelet/rings- Jewel Mint Over at Chicotopia one of the trendy ladies I follow Mojuzzy recently took inspiration from Brigitte Bardot and gave the vintage style a modern/edgy twist. So I found this image on the interwebs when I Googled Audrey Hepburn Summer Style and come up with the o...

Hint of Spring

Okay, I need to start wearing lipstick for these shots. Pale McPaleson much?  shirt- Style Mint , crops /belt-Gap(similar here ), necklace- Le Tote , rings- Jewel Mint , bracelets-Avon(sort of similar here and here ), loafers-DSW(similar here ) The trees might not be budding yet, BUT spring is in the air, especially this past weekend in Pittsburgh with warmer temps and a very sunny Sunday! This outfit may not yet be seasonally appropriate, but it will definitely be a go-to look once we're fully in the spring months.  Seersucker crops and a button-down shirt is a perfect combo for warmer weather. I'm thinking this look can go to the office with a white blazer and work for chillier days with a sweater or denim jacket. This outfit could be a contender for an up coming trip to  Bedford Springs in April!
