Outfits Not Just Clothes

 Now that it's officially fall I'm starting to layer with sweaters, sweatshirts, and vests over button-downs, and wearing boots. In the words of the comedian Tom Segura "Get Fucking Ready!" It's a new year, and I have no clue what joys, horrors, ups, downs, endeavors, and disasters that await.  We are two weeks from Christmas folks and are in the peak of holiday style season. In years past I've outfitted around particular themes, color stories, etc. This year I'm exploring more rustic pieces like this plaid shacket! I can even see this outerwear for spring. Paired with these slick knit pieces elevates the shacket for a more refined, but still outdoorsy take on festive fashion. I suspect as we get closer to Christmas I'll be amping up the holiday glam, but for now I'm happy keeping the looks on the cozy-casual side.
