Last month for my birthday I indulged in a practice I haven't done in ages. I tried on clothes I had not intention of buying at Anthropologie!
The line-up!
Does anyone else do that? Grab what looks interesting or something outside of your comfort zone and then experiment in the dressing room?
More shorts here!
Similar T-Shirt here!
These pants were kind of wild in the amount of material and pleats. Can we still talk about if something is flattering? Or is flattering now a coded word? Let's just say I don't think I have the height or the waist for these trousers. Don't get me wrong, I DO have a waist, just not a waist for which these pants work best.
Now THESE pants (similar here) form Scotch & Soda are more up my alley. Tried them on with the blazer I wore to the store and my loafers to get an outfitting sense of how they can work.
I loved the collegiate feel of this sweater, tried it on with a few outfit combos. And how cute are these pants?! 🍑🍑🍑🍑🍑
And finally mixing up some luxe PJ bottoms with a long-sleeve shirt and an oversized button up!
Along with the Scotch & Soda pants I got this drawstring bottom and of course a candle. Happy Birthday to me!
