Looks like the days of highs in the 70s are pretty much kaput! It's gotten chilly and wet here in Pittsburgh. I love this jacket for rainy days. Not only, does it have a functional hood, and is easy to throw on, but the pattern/texture mimics the city's grey sky, getting the poet in me going.
Each morning is getting to be more of an outfitting challenge with this baby bump and now my feet are swelling, hence shoes are not fitting. Shoes really can, and DO make an outfit. So, I've been styling looks around my flattest and widest shoe options. I can still get these boots on, so you may be seeing them a lot in these last few weeks before baby is due to arrive. And, you'll probably be seeing variations of this outfit--tunic/dress/sweater dress over black tights and black boots, with an outerwear layer. This version is fairly neutral in color, but rich in texture. Ah, "rich in texture" that's another poetic moment--I can't stop myself!
