You may recall these boots from this post. I much prefer them with this silhouette. I think they'd also be great with some dresses this spring. As for transitional season outfitting, layers are key. I'm rocking a thermal turtleneck, tights, and knee-high socks underneath this top, sweater, skirt combination.
