Even with working from home I always try to get dressed in some way every morning. Whether it's activewear, jeans and a tee, or some coordinated loungewear, as seen in this post!

This outfit was inspired by this Who What Wear article from last month. The basic outfit formula is a matching loungewear set with a tailored overcoat and boots. I reinterpeted the footwear option and swapped in sneakers with the warmer and less wet weather. I also added in some gold jewelry and lipstick to elevate the overall look.
Last year around this time, my outfitting was VERY different consisting mostly of androgynous work wear and subdued-hued dresses. But as we have all come to learn, a lot can change in a year, and I think how we dress reflects those changes more than ever. As winter starts to wind down and things start opening up I hope to embrace positivity not only in my actions, but also in my outfits. I think this spring will be a time of experimentation, color, fun, as well as comfort and function. And I think this 3-piece outfit speaks to those beginnings! Here's to the start of a brighter future! 🥂
