This petite floral frock reminds me of the kind of dress I would have killed for back in the 90's. My teenage-self would have paired it with black tights, combat boots, and an oversized cardigan. Come to think of it, I may just do that here this fall/winter because the grunge-inspired feminine style is all the rage. I keep seeing younger versions of myself everywhere. Earlier this year, I came across a group of undergrads playing hacky-sack, wearing knit caps, and listening to Red Hot Chili Peppers, and I seriously wondered if I had walked into a time warp! 😁 Yes, the 90's are back, and if you lived through the styles the first time around, be mindful of how you interpret this retro trend as a grownup adult person versus a teenager.
