The concept of this outfit is taking a "theme" like birds, and having two different executions of that theme in the same look. With bird-printed joggers and this tee with painterly birds a sense of whimsy emerges in this (mostly) black n' white ensemble, of easy bottoms and top. You may recall this shirt from this post last year when I was 6 months pregnant and comparing maternity clothes to oversized garments. With oversized you can wear post-baby, as I am here. Granted this shirt is "big" on me now, but it works to create a drappy silhouettte. The blazer, as always, is my way of adding structure and making this office appro. PLUS, it's also the 3rd piece. The necklace plays off the blue tones in the tee-shirt and adds a boho-esque element to the overall ensemble.
