blazer/pants-J.Crew(similar here and here), tee-Zara(similar here), boots-Landsend(similar here), bag-J.Jill(similarish here), scarf/necklace-Gifted
I feel a bit "out of practice" in terms of outfit shooting. I'm not too jazzed about the background here or my posing, BUT I really am digging this outfit. I'm not out of practice with that, let me show you...
The warm December allowed for an extension of fall fashion, and this look subtly exudes autumnal-casual-chic. There are textural and stylistic contrasts going on in this seemingly simple outfit. First, on the bottom these military-green pants and duck boots are rustic-cazh, while the tweedy blazer and silk scarf give this look a sophisticated top half. Texture can be found in said blazer and scarf, while the leather bag provides a third material providing even more contrast and interest. The black tee works as a standard basic and nicely camouflages my extra baby-related curves.
So yeah, I may not be on my photo game, but I'm sure as sh*t outfitting like the pro I am, right?!
