Casual Classy Blue Lady

blazer- Gap , cardigan-Zara(similarish here ), shirt- Uniqlo , jeans-Levi's, loafers- G.H. Bass Factory Outlet , necklace-Banana Republic(similar here ) You may recall that I was a very classy lady in this post  and of course I was wearing the same blazer as I am in this OOTD.  There's something about a camel blazer that brings up the class factor. It doesn't hurt that I'm all sorts of monochrome--realness with a navy cardi, button-down, and loafers. Speaking of navy and classy, looks like I'm ahead of the curve, with Pantone's 2020 Color of the Year  Classic Blue! I'm a HUGE fan of blue in all of it's shades and very happy this year's color takes a sharp left from last year's " Living Coral " 🤯

Red Cords For Christmas

shirt- Uniqlo (similar here via Bloomingdale's ), vest- G.H. Bass , cords-Gap(similar pair from Citizens of Humanity via Nordstrom ), boots-L.L. Bean(similar here ) Last week I extolled the benefits of a wrap-dress this holiday season. For more casual, yet still festive garb, I'm a big fan of red corduroy. Of course, you always have to a deft hand when it comes to deploying camo-prints. I tend to error on the side of subtle and try to use them in layered looks so as not to overpower the overall outfit with this tricky pattern.

I also wore this wrap for baby #1's baptism in  January 2016  so needless to say a classic wrap dress can see a woman through a lot of phases and body transitions.  Also needless to say, but I'm going to say it anyway, I look freakin' amazing! Which is another reason why a quality wrap dress should be in every woman's wardrobe, they are so flattering. Paired with my go-to coatigan and practical loafers, this OOTD is a vivid start to the holiday outfitting season. I'd highly recommend busting out a wrap style frock for any, and all of your holiday happenings this year. I  rocked a warp forlast year's family Christmas time , and will definitely be addi...
