Goodbye Piperlime

Piperlime a subsidiary of The Gap is shutting down :( on April 30th. Until then, it's prime time to get up on some massive designer sales. Currently final sale items are an additional 40% OFF!!! I've ordered two pieces that I think will nicely fit into my current wardrobe, while also stirring up things style-wise.

I've been iffy about the bomber jacket trend. I'm much more of a moto-jacket kind of gal. But, the floral print of this piece caught my eye. Floral patterns are great for spring (if a bit predictable) however, the black background and graphic blooms of this jacket feel fresh to me, AND I can see this working into the fall and winter. I'll have to wait until it arrives, but I'm thinking the roomier fit will be ideal for layering come October.
 Piperlime Collection Tennis Cardigan

This cardi had 2 major things going for it. First, it plays right into the current athleisure trend, of which I'm a fan. And secondly, regardless of trends it's a classic piece. You can't go wrong with a crisp, black n' white cardigan. I see this working for both the office (with a pencil skirt) and weekend casual looks (tee-shirt and leggings).

To take advantage of this massive sale head on over to Piperlime before 4/23. Of course as April draws to a close there may be even BIGGER sales in the final days, so be sure to check back for deeper price cuts.
