Trail Outfit

jacket- Old Navy , tee- Style Mint , khakis-Jcrew(similar here ), sneakers-Converse(similar here ), necklace/bracelet- Jewel Mint , hat-Banana Republic(similar here )  During our stay at Bedford Springs we had a chance to go hiking . We choose an intermediate trail, the "Spring Trail" so we didn't have to get all geared up and I kept things casual/on the preppy side. I love a striped tee-shirt and this long-sleeved number was a great way to add some color to basic denim and khaki. And oh look! My necklace matches the trail markers--kismet outfitting!

Pink Dress via Rent the Runway

For another Bedford Springs outfit I rented a Robert Rodriguez dress from Rent the Runway for our fancy dinner at the resort's Crystal Room . We were able to take a few quick pics with Mr. Keller's phone. No to bad of a close-up, eh? I get so nervous without my sunnies, I never know what to do with my face, but I think this turned out pretty good! dress- Robert Rodriguez via Rent the Runway , wedges-Jcrew Factory(similar here ), bracelet- Michael Kors , necklace-Anthropologie(sort of similar here ), clutch-H&M(fun option here ) I'm sporting similar accessories (shoes and bracelet) from yesterday's post . On getaways I try to pack on the lighter side and pick pieces that can be worn in several ways, and accessories that will work with multiple outfits. This strategy usually starts with color. Here of course, it's all about pink, and truth be told, I didn't pack much pink beyond what I intended for this outfit, but it's nice

Sportswear Dress & Baby Shoutout

dress/scarf-Ralph Lauren(sort of similar here and here ), jacket- Old Navy , clutch-American Apparel(similar here ), wedges-Jcrew Factory(similar here ), necklace-gifted, bracelet- Michael Kors I wore this for a casual dinner at Horn O' Plenty in Bedford, PA . Mr. Keller and I spent a couple of days at Bedford Springs so I packed up my preppy sportswear, like this dress from Ralph Lauren, for resort outfitting. The denim jacket keeps things casual, while the scarf and foldover clutch provide some interest. This necklace is a gift from my dear friend Kat whose birthday was last week and who just had her first baby!!! Happy Birthday Kat and welcome little Kate. Thinking about you both! Stay tuned for more Bedford Springs outfitting this week.

DVF!!!!!!!!!!!!

dress-Diane Von Furstenberg(similar here ), trench-Gap(similar here ), necklace-Banana Republic(similar here ), bracelet- Michael Kors , ring- Jewel Mint , sunnies- Penn Avenue Eyewear , heels-Thrifted/Anne Klein(sort of similar here ) This is the first time I'm wearing my classic DVF wrap dress on the blog! Can you believe it? I've had it for 4 years and even though it's technically 3 sizes too big it still looks chic and sophisticated.  That's the thing about wrap dresses, the fit is so easily adjusted. AND a Diane Von Furstenberg wrap (for those of you unaware she invented this dress, for shame if you didn't know that!) wears so well and stands the test of time. Plus, it's very commanding (in a good way) giving me confidence and a fierce style attitude.

Model Off Duty Outfit

shirt-Gap(similar here ), top- Le Tote , pants/ bag -Mikkat Market(sort of similar here ), sneakers-Old Navy(similar here ) The title of this post says it all. I'm sporting Model-Off-Duty Realness--nonchalantly mixing prints, sporting bright kicks, and of course having a denim element thrown in. The idea really is comfort with the slouchy silhouette, while keeping it chic and not going into sloppy territory. It's a fine line.
