So yeah, the weather and Thanksgiving last week kind of got the better of my outfitting, but I'm back with the outfit I wore for Thanksgiving Dinner!
shirt-Gap, vest-H&M(other vests here), trousers-Jcrew Factory(similar here), shoes-Zara(similar here), necklace-Jewel Mint
The key to holiday dressing (in my mind) is functionally appropriate and reasonable comfort. Some families may have more dressy gatherings. while others are way casual in jeans and tees. The Kellers go middle-of-the-road and this outfit hits in that sweet spot of being easy, but polished. These pants, a size up than I usually wear, are the perfect choice for the HUGE meal we had. The vest nicely cinched things up and the necklace and studded loafers added some edge, which you know I enjoy my edge.
Year of No Shopping Update: I successfully survived Black Friday with NO PURCHASES! And I convinced my in-laws of a No Gift Christmas. Counting today that makes 124 days in with 241 to go!
