This "blouse" is actually a mini dress that I tucked in to create a top for this outfit. I'm really enjoying the play on color here with the blues and greens. The blouse/dress has teal as well and I like how the neon trim of the blazer plays off of that. Even though this outfit has mixed patterns, neon, and a dress-as-blouse element, overall its quite subdued, nothing is really screaming out at you and that's why all of these pieces are working together, there cohesion amidst the chaos so to speak. Or maybe, the fact that the colors are so closely related makes it work. Its Monday and I have a headache, I can't think about it any more.
