Okay, so here is my first attempt at outfittting the vintage jacket from this post here.
I did want to point out these jeans. I got them in two different sizes since they price is so good on them. In these photos I'm wearing the size smaller size for when I go to yoga and pilates in the same week and have a salad everyday for lunch. The other size is for after a night of downing a whole bag salt 'n vingear chips and half a bottle of wine. Why am I revealing this deeply personal info, you may ask? Because even if its a "fat" pants kind of day, you shouldn't let that deter you from wearing an outfit.
My pinky "ring" is actually a vintage cufflink!
This is a vintage tie clip with the initials, "RJW" for my husband's grandpa.
Looking down these shoes remind me of this...
jacket/tie clip/pinky ring-vintage, scarf-Urban Outfitters, jeans-Asos, turtleneck-Gap, shoes-DSW(similar here), bag-Nine West(similar here)
Okay so I kept most of the outfit simple here to highlight the jacket. I went with classic jeans and heels. I did push the vintage vibe by adding the cuff link pinky "ring" and tie clip. I'm not completely satisfied though. I feel like I can do something way more interesting, play it less "safe." I have to experiment a bit more, maybe go all out rock n' roll, or try something more in line with my workplace attire. We shall see...
