Outfits Not Just Clothes

While in Canada I was able to check out Joe Fresh , which is a brand of clothing sold in the Canadian version of Target and apparently they have stores in NYC, but do not have online sales(What the Fudge?!)  Here's a few items I spied/scored: Photo Print Shift Dress   Active Jacket   Printed Jean     V-Neck Striped Dress   Slim Print Pant   The style is fun and the prices are insane. They availability varies by store so not everything on the website was at the location I was able to check out.  But I did pick up some really cute items. Update! While composing this post I came across Joe Fresh over on JCPenny's website.  And I am like, come on, Joe Fresh at JCP can't be as fresh as it is in NYC and Canada, right?  And for the most part it's not, but I trolled two pieces that appear pretty damn fresh.         This bracelet is just fabulous!   Gosh, I look so severe here. It went to brunch, ran some errands, and had a few beers in the beer garden over at Hofbrauhaus. From Victoria we headed north to Campbell River, but stopped on the way to view the murals of Chemainus             Work still in progress.           And my outfit for this adventure:                 tee-Gap(similar here ), vest-Old Navy(similar here ), pants/flats-Jcrew Factory(similar here and here ), necklace- Jewel Mint   I went for function and comfort here. Some may argue this is just clothes, but I deem this an outfit because the necklace is f*cking fierce and the vest is giving me all sorts of road-trip-weekend-warrior realness. We'll be back state-side tonight and exploring Washington tomorrow, possibly going to Mount St. Helen. AND don't forget, to vote for which Rent the Runway dress I should wear for a wedding back home next month here . 

Saturday, August 3rd I'll be giving a lecture on personal style and figure-flattering fashion! This event is free and open to the public. Still on vaca on Vancouver Island folks and here's a recent day of touring around the provincial capital of British Columbia, Victoria . First up, Craigdarroch Castle   Wait, what? No heels?!?!
